The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) runs one of the most complex ServiceNow environments in the
financial sector—with 200+ custom applications, 150 integrations, and 10–15 releases per week across 8 nonproduction instances. As the platform scaled, manual processes struggled to keep up.
