As we close out 2025, I’m struck by just how far we’ve come. This year has been about more than achievements. It’s been about building on strong foundations, pushing boundaries to fuel our growth, and deepening our commitment to helping the ServiceNow community deliver smarter, faster, and with more confidence. From groundbreaking AI innovations to industry recognitions and community impact, here’s a look back at our 2025 highlights.

Innovation That Changed the Game

We began the year exactly as we intended to continue: with customer-centred innovation.

We launched AutomatePro+, our agentic AI solution that makes test creation effortless. Built on the feedback, challenges, and ambitions of the ServiceNow teams we work with every day, it removes the need for scripts, coding, and repetitive tasks. Simply describe the test you need, and within seconds, you receive a fully automated test plan.

We’re proud to have created a solution that helps teams accelerate testing with accessible technology everyone can leverage, delivering instant time-to-value and future-proof scalability.

Double Recognition: Two ServiceNow Partner of the Year Awards

One of our proudest moments came when we received two ServiceNow Partner of the Year awards:

  • Store Partner of the Year — awarded to us for the second consecutive year
  • Built on ServiceNow Partner of the Year — recognising how our platform accelerates customer ROI by pairing our innovation with the power of the Now Platform.

These awards reflect the success and outcomes of our customers. Our mission has always been to make our clients’ lives easier, and these recognitions reinforce that we’re doing just that.

67 G2 Badges: Powered by Real Customer Feedback

We earned 67 G2 badges across four key categories: Automation Testing, DevOps, DevOps Platforms, and ServiceNow Store Apps.

These badges are especially meaningful because they’re based entirely on authentic customer feedback. It’s incredible to think that in Spring 2024, we celebrated our first two G2 badges, and now we’re closing 2025 with widespread recognition that reflects the real measurable impact our automated testing & DevOps solutions are having on ServiceNow teams.

AI Product of the Year: Celebrating AutomatePro+

In the year where AI took centre stage, AutomatePro+ was named AI Product of the Year at the inaugural AI Awards.

Why AutomatePro+ stood out:

  • Effortless scalability with automated test maintenance and regeneration

We were also proud finalists for Best AI-Powered Quality Assurance, recognising how AutomatePro+ improves coverage, accuracy, and productivity by freeing teams from manual execution.

Knowledge 2025: A Standout Event

ServiceNow Knowledge is always a highlight, and this year was no exception:

  • AutomatePro+ was named one of ServiceNow’s Top 5 AI Agent solutions.
  • We celebrated alongside 75 award-winning partners at the Partner Awards.
  • Our team delivered five standout sessions, including customer success stories with Barclays and the London Stock Exchange, thought-provoking roundtables, and a packed session on how agentic AI is transforming delivery and upgrades.

Forrester Recognition

For the first time, we were named a Notable Vendor in Forrester’s Autonomous Testing Platforms Landscape (Q3 2025). This recognition underscores our role in helping complex, regulated enterprises modernise software delivery, safely, quickly, and intelligently.

Giving Back: Supporting Mind

Last year, we committed to raising £5,000 for Mind, the UK’s leading mental health charity. This year, thanks to the generosity and passion of our team and community, we exceeded our target, raising £7,000.

Visiting Mind and learning firsthand about their year-round impact, from community support to national policy initiatives, was truly inspiring. We’re honoured to continue supporting their mission: ensuring no one faces a mental health challenge alone.

I am incredibly proud of how far AutomatePro has come, not just in 2025, but throughout the trajectory we’ve been building over the years. The leaps we made this year didn’t happen overnight; they’re the result of continuous improvement, customer-focused innovation, and a relentless dedication to making a real impact.
