What a whirlwind! Last month, Las Vegas was buzzing with innovation, as ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 welcomed over 25,000 attendees to explore the future of AI-powered transformation. And for AutomatePro, this year marked a monumental leap forward.
With a 17-strong team, double booth presence, two compelling customer success stories, two packed Knowledge Exchange sessions, and an unforgettable main-stage theatre session featuring our executives, this was our biggest and most impactful Knowledge yet. We celebrated two major Partner of the Year wins and were honoured as one of ServiceNow’s Top 5 AI Agent Solutions — a defining moment in our journey.

A night of celebrations: Two Partner of the year Awards & AI Agent recognition
Knowledge 2025 kicked off in style with the annual ServiceNow Partner Awards, and we were thrilled to be among 75 award-winning partners. We proudly took home:
But that wasn’t all. We were also named one of ServiceNow’s Top 5 AI Agent Solutions — an inaugural honour that recognises the most innovative and impactful AI agents delivering real-world value on the Now Platform.
Reflecting on the significance of this recognition, Sal Costa, Director of Product Management, shared:

Making Our Mark
Each year, our presence at Knowledge grows, and 2025 raised the bar. Our team of 17, spread across two high-traffic booths, ranged from enthusiastic first-timers to seasoned veterans who have attended every single Knowledge (literally since the beginning!). Their energy and passion were electric. Our team showed up, sparked great conversations, and kept the energy high right to the final hour.
Taking the Stage: 5 Standout Sessions
Main Stage Spotlight: CEO & CPRO Theatre Session
We kicked off our session lineup with a presentation led by our CEO, Paul Chorley, and CPRO Chris Dauw. Their session cut through the noise around AI with real-world results, sharing how Agentic AI is transforming delivery and accelerating upgrades, not hypothetically, but practically.
They highlighted success stories, such as NTT Data and the Singaporean Government, which achieved a staggering 4,700% ROI, reduced risk, and reimagined enterprise IT delivery using AutomatePro.
Insightful Knowledge Exchanges
Our VP of Product Management, Chris Pope, hosted two engaging Knowledge Exchange sessions, offering attendees a chance to dig deep into their questions surrounding automated testing, DevOps, and AI. With so many great conversations, the 30-minute sessions simply weren’t enough. The discussions spilt over into demos and discussions at our booths.
Customer Spotlights: Barclays & the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
Wednesday was all about showcasing customer success stories from powerhouse financial services, led by Account Director Chris Bishop.
First up, he was joined by Barclays’ Director & Product Owner, Martin Jones, to share how we transformed Barclays’ manual upgrade and patching process from 2 people in 6 days into just 34 minutes, fully automated. Today, they run rapid, press-of-a-button testing with confidence and speed.
Next, Chris took the stage with Robin Balyan, Senior Manager & Development Lead at LSEG. With over 1,500 stakeholders and 200+ strategic integrations, upgrade approvals were once a major bottleneck. But now, LSEG has reduced upgrade timelines by 50% and saved 552 hours per upgrade, a game-changing outcome.

Reflecting on the event, VP of Marketing, Lauren Barraco, shared her thoughts on what made Knowledge 2025 truly special:

A Night at the Sphere
Knowledge isn’t complete without an unforgettable closing party. This year it was hosted at the Sphere & exceeded all expectations. ServiceNow delivered an immersive experience featuring two Grammy-winning artists. Leon Bridges serenaded the crowd with his signature soul-meets-country vibe. Followed by Gwen Stefani, who had the crowd singing along to her iconic hits. It was the perfect sendoff after three extraordinary days.
