Can AutoMonitor create security incidents or take remedial action if it detects an issue?

Yes.  You can define what action AutoMonitor takes if it detects an annomoly in your system.  For example, if you detected that access to the HR module had been compromised for some reason, it could automatically close off access to the HR module for all users temporarily, raise a security incident which would then allow administrators to resolve the incident fully.

How is it different to other monitoring tools like Dynatrace?

ServiceNow does not allow monitoring agents to be installed on the platform, so tools like Dynatrace can’t be used with ServiceNow.

What can AutoMonitor monitor?
