We’re excited to announce that we’re opening our first US headquarters in Austin, Texas! This significant investment reflects our commitment to better serving the US market and expanding our footprint in the ServiceNow ecosystem. With the addition of our new Austin HQ, we are strategically positioned to provide enhanced support and services for our US clients. Our presence in both the UK and the US enables us to work with customers across multiple timezones, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions and support.
Our Journey
AutomatePro began as a small startup out of the UK with a vision to revolutionize test automation and service delivery. Over the years, our business in Europe has been booming, thanks to our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. As the demand for our services grew, so did our team and capabilities. With the US market picking up and showing tremendous potential, we recognized the need to expand our presence to better serve our growing customer base.
Meet Our New Leaders
As part of this expansion, we are also thrilled to introduce five exceptional leaders who will play a crucial role in driving our growth and innovation:
Sal Costa joins us with a distinguished background in architecture and a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions for global giants. With extensive experience at Fruition Partners and Cerna Solutions (acquired by Tricentis), Sal has led groundbreaking initiatives using ServiceNow as a platform for enterprise software development.
Barb Wagner, with extensive leadership experience in ServiceNow and Life Sciences, has a proven track record of driving successful delivery operations and client satisfaction. With a background at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Barb’s strategic foresight and operational acumen will be pivotal as we expand delivery capabilities across the Americas.
Mike Yerke brings a wealth of experience from his time at UI Path, where he managed different parts of the GTM technology stack through IPO. With a proven ability to drive significant impact, Mike collaborated closely with Sales and Marketing to generate millions in net new pipeline growth while improving sales productivity.
Donna Szymanowski comes to us with deep expertise in ServiceNow and Quality Management and has been instrumental in driving innovation at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Her leadership will be crucial in expanding our capabilities within the Life Sciences sector.
