As we bid farewell to 2024 and get ready for the new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the past year, filled with awards, flagship events, strategic partnerships, and groundbreaking innovations; 2024 was truly a year to remember! Here’s a look back at everything the AutomatePro team was up to:
ServiceNow Store Partner of the Year
The year began with a major win as AutomatePro was named ServiceNow Store Partner of the Year – EMEA. This prestigious recognition honours Build Partners, who drive application distribution and revenue on the ServiceNow Store. We earned this accolade due to our year-over-year growth, increased net-new annual contract value, and impactful mutual customer success stories. Our partnership with ServiceNow has continued to grow throughout the year, and we are excited to build on this momentum in 2025.
Platform innovations
We simplified our UI to improve the customer experience, making your testing experience even easier and a whole lot more enjoyable.
Next, we released new features across our existing modules to simplify your testing processes. A standout is our Click-and-Create desktop application. This feature empowers users to create, manage, and execute tests directly on their local machines, significantly reducing the time required for automation tasks.
Click-and-Create not only accelerates test development and maintenance but also lowers the learning curve for new users.

49 G2 Badges Earned in 2024
Our presence on G2 soared this year, with AutomatePro receiving 49 badges across the platform. Starting with two awards in the spring, we grew exponentially to secure a record-breaking 19 badges in the Autumn Report. These accolades underscore our industry impact and customer satisfaction. G2, being a peer-to-peer platform, reflects real user feedback and holds immense credibility within the software community.
Knowledge 2024: A Highlight of the Year
Attending ServiceNow’s flagship event, Knowledge 2024, was a highlight of the AutomatePro calendar. This year was extra special as we celebrated our ServiceNow Partner of the Year award alongside 43 other top-performing partners.
We made our presence felt with our largest team ever, two booths, and a series of impactful presentations over three days.
Strategic Partnership with Deloitte
At Knowledge, we announced an exciting partnership with Deloitte, aimed at revolutionising digital delivery in the financial services sector. Together, we are committed to empowering the ServiceNow community with advanced and modern DevOps strategies. This partnership is a key milestone in our journey to deliver excellence and innovation in a complex industry.
Corporate Excellence Award Winner
AutomatePro was honoured as the Best Automated Testing Solutions Provider at the 2024 Corporate Excellence Awards. US Expansion: New Headquarters in Austin, Texas
2024 marked a significant milestone in our global growth with the opening of our first US headquarters in Austin, Texas. This investment reflects our dedication to expanding our presence in the ServiceNow ecosystem and serving the US market better. Alongside this expansion, we welcomed four strategic leaders across our RevOps and Operations teams to drive innovation and growth.
£3 Million Funding Secured for US Expansion and AI Strategy
AutomatePro secured a £3 million follow-on funding round from YFM Partners to fuel our US expansion and product innovation. This infusion will accelerate our Gen AI strategy and strengthen our existing modules. All of which will help our clients to achieve greater agility and speed so they can keep pace with the ever-evolving demands.
Fundraising for Mental Health Awareness
Mental health is a core value at AutomatePro. This year, we launched a fundraising campaign for Mind, a leading mental health charity in England and Wales. Our £5,000 fundraising target inspired employees to take on challenges like 50km walks, daily half-marathons for 10 consecutive days, and a collective virtual journey spanning 191,133 km from Xanadu to Yokohama. Global Partner Ecosystem Summit (GPES)
Our very own Paul Chorely, CEO and Chris Dauw, CRO attended this event live from California. This year’s GPES reinforced that the future of ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem is brimming with limitless opportunities. Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO at ServiceNow, emphasized that the partner community isn’t just a priority for the partner division—it’s a priority across the entire organisation. Together, as partners, we will drive ServiceNow’s Gen AI strategy, delivering transformational outcomes for existing clients and untapped markets.
ServiceNow World Forums
The ServiceNow World Forums are cornerstone events, uniting the community for a one-day experience dedicated to learning, innovation, and networking. As ServiceNow’s Store Partner of the Year, we proudly sponsored three forums, making stops in London, New York, and Toronto.
A recurring theme emerged across all three cities: attendees are struggling with their testing and upgrades and are excited to learn how automation can help accelerate delivery timelines.
ServiceNow Global Partner Summit
AutomatePro concluded an incredible year at the Global Partner Summit in Jaipur, India. Our CEO, Paul Chorley, delivered a keynote sharing AutomatePro’s unique vision, while our CPRO, Chris Dauw, unveiled the future of Test Automation and DevOps powered by Gen AI. The event ended on a high with an unforgettable Gala Dinner at the Taj Amer.
