A first of its kind – ServiceNow’s first-ever Summit in Goa, India
Spread across two extraordinary days was ServiceNow’s launch of its first inaugural Global Partner Summit in Goa! A fitting destination as almost 50% (20,000) of ServiceNow’s practitioners are based in India. For the AutomatePro team, not only was it a welcome getaway to sandy beaches and blue skies, but the exclusive invitation acknowledged that our Cloud solutions are truly redefining the automation space and delivering success for ServiceNow customers.
ServiceNow doubles down on Artificial Intelligence
Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to connect with a diverse mix of ServiceNow Partners and experts. These interactions fuelled fresh perspectives on the challenges businesses face today and emerging trends on the horizon. It’s no surprise that artificial intelligence (AI) was a hot topic, but a key takeaway is that ServiceNow is honing in on the technology. Notably, with that comes a new hurdle for them to overcome – maintaining quality control. ServiceNow seeks to ensure that despite their new AI endeavour, software on their platform continues to be delivered as expected and is not broken by future changes.
The power of Test Automation and DevOps for ServiceNow
On day two, AutomatePro’s very own Chief Product Officer, Chris Dauw, delivered a topical and engaging presentation on the value of Test Automation and DevOps for ServiceNow. Shining a spotlight on the benefits our solutions provide partners and MSPs. Particularly our ability to shorten delivery roadmaps and support complex customized instances by leveraging specific modules at each stage of the development lifecycle.
A glimpse of Goa
Of course, it wasn’t all business; the team had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich Goan culture. From enjoying a delicious spread at the Networking Dinner whilst being serenaded by talented local Indian artists to the unforgettable Gala Dinner Party on the final night. The ServiceNow Team put on a showstopper of an event – we had a blast!
